Etnoteam Finland Ltd., Finland's leading customer centered service design company, seeks growth by appointing Marko Rapeli as company CEO

Marko Rapeli has been appointed as the new CEO of Etnoteam Finland Ltd. with effect from 2 April 2012. Rapeli is coming to Etnoteam from F-Secure, where he has been a director responsible for the sales and business development of global mobile solutions. Furthermore, he has a long background in versatile and challenging sales and business development assignments e.g. at SAS Institute, TeliaSonera, Symbio and Michelin.

Seminar on public sector usability a success

The Etnoteam Finland bi-yearly seminar was organized again on 28th of March. This time the theme was “Usability and citizen involvement in public sector service development”.
