The management and staff of Etnoteam Finland Ltd have acquired full ownership of the company shares from Italian Value Team S.p.A. Etnoteam Finland is one of the leading usability and user experience consultancies in Finland.
The new owners are excited about the change and see huge potential for growth in the business and trust that the future is bright for Etnoteam. The company will focus even more in developing new, advanced services for their field of expertise.
CEO of Etnoteam Finland, Simo Säde, says that a good user experience has an ever-stronger role in the development of new products and services: “The importance of user experience for developing successful business is becoming widely understood by the top management of companies. News and opinions spread fast in social media, which emphasizes even more the importance of good user experience of consumer products and services. Consumers use all possible information available when making purchase decisions and such information spreads widely in social media.”
Demand for Etnoteam Finland’s usability and design expertise has grown not only in consumer product business but in service design and public sector too.

An important part of the international cooperation is the partnership agreement made between Etnoteam Finland and Value Team S.p.A. for a period of several years. “The new contract enables good cooperation continuing between us and gives the benefit for Etnoteam Finland to utilize the locations of Value Team”, says SVP, International Operations Manager Mauro Giorgi of Value Team. The new arrangement is a part of Value Team’s plan to focus on their core business activities.
